To include dependent children in the application, they must be unmarried and under the age of 25, enrolled in full-time education. And if the children are over 25 years old, they must submit a separate application.
DUE DILIGENCE & BACKGROUND CHECKS

Background checks are mandatory and payable to the government to ensure the integrity of St. Kitts and Nevis citizenship by investment program. The government designates a preferred due diligence agency, which does checks using multiple international and local sources, including Interpol, World-Check, and other governmental institutions. Documents, including passports, birth certificates, and bank statements, must be submitted as part of the process, and the agency carefully reviews each applicant's background to ensure they are of good character and pose no risk to St. Kitts and Nevis security. The fees for these checks are payable upon submission of the application.
